Meet Our Founder: Dr. Sabry Mansour

Dr. Sabry MansourDr. Sabry Mansour, founder of Urology Specialists of Michigan, has dedicated more than 25 years to advancing patient care in urology. A Magna Cum Laude graduate of the University of California, Irvine, Dr. Mansour went on to earn his medical degree from Wayne State University School of Medicine in 1998. He completed his surgical internship at the renowned Mayo Clinic and his urology residency at the University of New Mexico. Following residency, he served at the Cleveland Clinic before bringing his expertise back home to Michigan, where he established his practice in Lapeer.

Today, Dr. Mansour serves as Chief of Urology at McLaren Lapeer Region and is also on staff at McLaren Flint. He is a partner at Lapeer County Surgical Center, ensuring his patients have access to the latest surgical innovations and facilities.

Beyond patient care, Dr. Mansour is deeply committed to education and advancing the field of urology. He is an Assistant Professor at Central Michigan University College of Medicine and a Faculty Professor for Innovation and Training with industry leaders, including Teleflex. He also plays an active role in the Michigan Urological Surgery Improvement Collaborative (MUSIC), working alongside other thought leaders to improve surgical outcomes for patients statewide.

Dr. Mansour’s dedication combines compassionate, patient-centered care with academic leadership and innovation, ensuring that every patient benefits from the most advanced techniques and a trusted partnership in their care journey.

Dr. Randy Chudler

Dr. Randy ChudlerDr. Randy Chudler is a urologist providing evaluation and treatment for a broad range of urologic conditions. His clinical focus includes the diagnosis and management of kidney stones, prostate conditions, bladder disorders, and men’s health concerns.

Dr. Chudler offers both medical management and minimally invasive treatment options, working with patients to determine appropriate care based on their individual clinical needs. He maintains current knowledge of urologic practices and applies evidence-based approaches in patient care.

Rachael Compeau is currently working at Urology Specialists of Michigan in Lapeer, MI with Dr. Mansour and Dr. Chudler for the past 7 years.

2 years experience in family practice prior to transferring to urology.

11 years experience as a RN in the ICU then OR prior to becoming a NP

Expertly trained in sacral neuromodulation, including performing office PNE trials, programming, and pre/postoperative assessments

Graduated with honors from The University of Michigan- Flint with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing in 2006 and later in 2017 for a Doctor of Nursing Practice specializing in Family Nurse Practitioner. Also became certified through NIFA as a RN First Assist in 2010.

Don BerryDr. Don Berry

Don Berry has been a member of the Lapeer County community for the past 18 years. He attended Baker College, where he earned degrees in Surgical Technology and Healthcare Administration. Don began his healthcare career as a Certified Surgical Technologist at Lapeer County Surgical Center and Ascension Genesys Hospital before completing his Master of Science in Biomedical Science at The University of Toledo.

In 2016, Don became a board-certified physician assistant through the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants. He began his PA career at Beaumont Hospital Troy as a member of the surgical PA team.

After meeting Dr. Sabry Mansour in 2017, it quickly became clear that they shared the same philosophy regarding patient care, compassion, and the practice of medicine. Don initially joined Dr. Mansour’s practice part-time, and shortly thereafter transitioned to full-time employment in May 2017.

Outside of medicine, Don enjoys spending time on his hobby farm caring for multiple animals. He also enjoys outdoor activities including four-wheeling, kayaking, hunting, and fishing.
